Cancellation Policy

Please be mindful that our appointments are scheduled especially for you, therefore I kindly ask you to provide me with at least 24 hours if you intend to cancel your appointment. Unfortunately, if I do not receive 24 hours notice for a cancelled appointment, the full fee for your appointment will be required. 

Payment

Payments can be made in debit, credit (extra 3% charge) or e-transfer form.  A receipt will be issued following the treatment.

Please note if paying by e-transfer, kindly send payment before the scheduled treatment.

Insurance Coverage

Most Extended Health Benefit plans cover Massage Therapy. A receipt will be provided at the end of the treatment to submit into your insurance company.
