At Be Well Holistic Healing, Registered Massage Therapy sessions with Shaun White, RMT are focused, individualized, and tailored to your specific needs. Each appointment includes time for an assessment, treatment, and follow-up as needed.
Appointment Lengths & Fees
We offer a range of appointment lengths to suit your goals, whether you’re addressing a specific concern or looking for full body therapeutic care.
Massage Therapy Appointments:
30-minute session - $75
45-minute session - $95
60-minute session - $113
75-minute session - $133
90-minute session - $153
*Plus HST on all above prices
*Initial Visit includes an Assessment and Massage Treatment*
All sessions are provided by a Registered Massage Therapist
Massage Therapy Hours
Massage therapy appointments are available during the following hours:
Monday: 11am - 6pm
Tuesday: 12pm - 7pm
Wednesday: 12pm - 7pm
Thursday: 12pm - 7pm
Friday: 10am - 5pm
Evening appointments may be available. Availability can vary, so booking ahead is recommended.
Insurance Coverage & Receipts
Registered Massage Therapy is covered under most extended health benefit plans. A detailed receipt is provided after each appointment for insurance reimbursement.
Please check with your insurance provider to confirm coverage and any annual limits.
Payment
Payments can be made in debit, credit or e-transfer form. A receipt will be issued following the treatment.
Please note if paying by e-transfer payment, kindly send payment before the scheduled treatment.

Booking & Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be booked online or by contacting the clinic directly.
Appointments are reserved specifically for you.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or changes. Unfortunately, if we do not receive 24 hours notice for a cancelled or missed appointment, the full fee for your appointment will be required.
