Jazmine Juarez, BA, MSW, RYT

Registered Social Worker & Mind-Body Coach

Jazmine is a Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist, and Mind-Body Coach with over 18 years of experience supporting individuals and couples in their personal growth and emotional wellbeing. She brings warmth, presence, and clinical depth to her work, creating a space where you can feel seen, understood, and supported, no matter where you are on your journey.

Her approach is holistic and integrative, drawing from a range of evidence informed models: including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), somatic psychotherapy, psychodynamic therapy, acceptance-based approaches, mindfulness, yoga informed practices, and Polyvagal Theory. Jazmine tailors each session to your unique needs, combining emotional insight with embodied awareness to support deeper healing.

Who Jazmine Works With

Jazmine provides individual psychotherapy that helps people who are navigating:

  • Anxiety, stress, and burnout

  • Life transitions and patterns that feel “stuck”

  • Trauma and nervous system dysregulation

  • Relationship struggles or attachment concerns

  • Self understanding and emotional resilience

  • Self exploration and personal growth

She also offers couples therapy, helping partners slow down, understand core emotional needs, and rebuild safety, intimacy, and connection.

A Collaborative, Compassionate Style

Jazmine’s style is warm, spacious, and grounded. You don’t need the “perfect words” to begin. She meets you where you are, with curiosity rather than judgment and walks beside you as you explore the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that shape your experience.

Her work emphasizes:

  • Safety and attunement

  • Mind-body integration, understanding how emotions show up in the body

  • Building self compassion and resilience

  • Creating meaningful, lasting change

Jazmine’s Background & Training

Jazmine holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Guelph. She is a member in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) and the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW)

Her interest in the connection between mind and body led her to pursue yoga teacher training and ongoing study in somatic and mindfulness-based practices approaches that now enrich her psychotherapy work.
